The LIFE FROSTDEFEND Special Session “Climate Change Adaptation in Agriculture” was successfully held as part of the 13th International Conference on Environmental Management, Engineering, Planning and Economics (CEMEPE 2026) in Thessaloniki, bringing together researchers, agricultural sector representatives, and stakeholders to present their work and discuss innovative approaches to addressing the challenges posed by climate change.

The presentations showcased scientific findings and technological approaches aimed at enhancing the resilience of agricultural systems, with examples from Greece, Italy, France, and South Africa. The round table discussion, involving representatives from the agricultural sector, researchers, and policy makers, focused on the practical aspects of the implementation of climate adaptation solutions.

The successful completion of the Special Session contributed to the dissemination of the LIFE FROSTDEFEND results and marked an important milestone in the final phase of the project.
